The Fund for Leadership, Equity, Access and Diversity (“The LEAD Fund”) was established as an affiliate of the American Association for Affirmative Action to develop, promote and provide public education, training and research on issues involving affirmative action, equal opportunity, access, diversity and equity in education, employment, business and contracting. The LEAD Fund will be a charitable corporation (IRS 501c3 Application pending) whose contributions will be tax deductible.
